About Us

CCAP (Children’s Center Adult Program) is a day habilitation program for adults with severe disabilities and medical fragility. We provide an array of activities to meet the physical, social and vocational needs of our clients.

Our primary objective is to provide a nurturing environment that will promote independence, self worth and socialization through art, music and leisure activities. This program utilizes many volunteers not only for extra support in working with our clients but also to provide typical peers for our clients.
