About Us

Creating Meaningful days for Adults With Disabilities

CCAP (Children’s Center Adult Program) is a specialized day habilitation program in Montgomery Alabama, designed for adults with disabilities and medical fragility. We provide a thoughtful blend of physical, social, and vocational activities that honor each individual’s abilities while supporting their comfort, engagement, and personal development.

Our Approach

Our goal is to cultivate a nuturing environment where clients can explore new experiences, build confidence, and strengthen everyday skills. Through art, music, snesory activities, and leisure opportunities, we encourage expression, connection, and joy.

Our Volunteers

Volunteers play a vital role in enriching our program, offering additional support, building relationships, and creating opportunities for clients to interact with typical peers. These interactions help foster socialization, broaden experiences, and bring a sense of community into each day.

Our Purpose

At CCAP, every moment is designed with purpose: to support independence, celebrate individuality, and ensure each person feels valued and supported.
